Senzing Joins the AI Alliance to Advance Open, Responsible AI

July 28, 2025 – Senzing has joined the AI Alliance, a global community of developers, researchers, and organizations dedicated to advancing open, safe, and responsible artificial intelligence. Founded by IBM and Meta, the Alliance brings together over 100 industry leaders in a shared effort to promote openness, transparency, and collaboration in AI.

The Senzing® principle based entity resolution engine delivers out-of-the-box accuracy that routinely outperforms humans and learns in real time as new data is ingested. In domains where decisions must reflect the most current and accurate understanding of people and organizations, Senzing AI delivers transactional entity resolution with up-to-date, consistent, and explainable results – and with speed and precision that makes Senzing especially relevant for today’s agentic workloads and real-time Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. Created with privacy-by-design, Senzing is ideal for high-stakes environments where responsible innovation depends on keeping data current and accurate.

Contributing to  Open Source AI Infrastructure
Senzing supports open source initiatives, including libpostal, the international address parser. Senzing has contributed a more accurate data model trained on 1.2 billion global records, 40% more records than the original. Available for free on GitHub, this updated model improves address parsing accuracy by an average of over 4% and by as much as 87% in certain countries. This model is integrated into the Senzing engine.

Senzing also contributes open source mappers for various publicly available data sets and select commercial data products. Many of these data sets are then shared freely in Senzing CORDs (Collections of Relatable Data). CORDs allow organizations to download bite-sized snapshots of real data so they can explore the ease of Senzing entity resolution and the power of combining diverse data.
